At the time of your videoconference a room coordinator at each site will instruct you in the use of the equipment and ensure that your videoconference is successfully connected. The coordinator is available for support during the meeting and, when needed, the technical support staff at Affinity VideoNet will help with troubleshooting.

Depending on the availability of your desired location, your reservation can be arranged with as little as 24 hours' notice.
